TZ After-sales Service Terms
Online Technical Support Services
1. Establish an exclusive after-sales technical team to provide 24/7 online response services (lifetime technical support).
2. Address product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical guidance through multiple channels (phone, email, instant messaging) to ensure efficient response and closed-loop resolution.
On-site Installation & Commissioning Services
1. Within 2 months from the date of machine delivery, one free on-site installation and commissioning service will be provided (limited to the first installation).
2. The service includes equipment commissioning, functional demonstrations, and basic operation training to ensure normal use by the customer.
3. After 2 months from the delivery date, if on-site services are required, our company will provide a separate quotation and charge accordingly.
Equipment Warranty & Replacement Policy
1、The warranty period for the entire machine and accessories is 12 months. For accessory failures due to the product's own quality issues (not caused by human damage or force majeure), customers can send back the faulty accessories free of charge. Taizheng will send out the replacements within 7-15 working days after receipt (7 working days for standard parts, and non-standard parts will be arranged according to the customization time)
2.For accessory replacements outside the warranty period, fees will be charged at cost price, and lifetime technical support will be provided.
Local Agent Services
1 、 Priority coordination with authorized local agents (if available) for on-site maintenance and part replacements to reduce response time.
2、Service scope and fees subject to local agency agreements.
3、Current agent countries: Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea.
Pre-delivery Inspection Services
1 、 Supports pre-shipment factory acceptance testing, including functional demonstrations, performance verification, and cosmetic inspection to ensure contractual compliance.
2 、 Customer bears all travel expenses during inspection; we provide necessary assistance. Additional Notes Disclaimer: Failures caused by human damage, unauthorized modifications, non-compliance with operating specifications, or force majeure (such as natural disasters) are not covered by the free service range.
