High Precision, High Performance, High Stability Precision Spindle

(a) The spindle assembly is made in Taiwan by a specialized plant that is known for its high precision and performance.  There is a butterfly spring connecting the tool holder to the spindle. This spring pulls on the tool holder's pull pin through a four-clawed device.  This makes sure that the tool and the spindle taper hole fit tightly so that the tool stays in place.  Keep in mind that this kind of spindle uses the best bearings from NSK in Japan; it doesn't need an oil cooler because it keeps the spindle temperature around 35°°C all the time, which ensures its accuracy and life.

(b) With a low-inertia spindle motor, the time it takes to speed up is short; it only takes a short time to go from 0 to 20,000 rpm.  The motor is very efficient and can quickly speed up or slow down. This eliminates backlash problems and improves the speed and quality of tapping.  A direct-drive spindle doesn't make the noise and vibration that come with belt-driven spindles, and the machine tool can change the direction of the spindle.


The Version with the Most Rigidity Along the Z Axis

(a) To make sure it has enough processing power, the bearing on the Z-axis screw rod has a bigger motor seat and motor design.

(b) The spindle body uses a high-precision linear slide rail design to make sure the Z axis is rigid as a whole.


Ball Screw and Straight Slide Rail

Lube Oil System

(3) The X, Y, and Z coordinate guides are linear sliding guides with lubrication points that are automatically controlled. The lubricating oil is split into different parts and applies a set amount of oil to each pair of guides at regular times.
